Handmade and limited-production items may not be completely identical;
Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances; and
Packaging may be updated without materially changing the product.
Customers should review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and photographs before ordering.

Our website may use professional photography, edited photographs, digital compositions, or rendered images to present products clearly.
These images are intended to represent the product’s overall appearance, construction, colour combination, and features. Minor differences may exist between an image and the physical product because of lighting, display settings, production tolerances, material behaviour, or improvements made during manufacturing.
We will not intentionally use an image that materially misrepresents the product being offered.
Some products may be offered as limited-edition, founding-release, collectible, numbered, seasonal, made-to-order, or discontinued products.

Maximum units per order.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it. A product is reserved only after the order is accepted and any required payment or verification is completed.
Limited-edition products may not be reproduced after they sell out.
Unless defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied, limited-edition, collectible, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale as described in our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
All products are subject to availability.

Restrict purchases by customer, account, household, address, payment method, or region;
Stop selling a product;
Correct stock information;
Cancel duplicate or suspicious orders; or

Fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel a prepaid order before fulfilment, the amount collected for the cancelled product will be refunded.
We may contact customers through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to verify:
Customer identity;
Order contents;
Delivery details;
Payment information; or
Intention to receive a Cash on Delivery order.
Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in the order being delayed or cancelled.
We will not request account passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or complete card details through unsolicited messages.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees.
Prices may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where the displayed price was clearly erroneous.
The total payable amount may include:
Product price;
Shipping charge;
Cash on Delivery fee;
Payment-processing charge;
Remote-area charge;
Applicable tax; and
Other charges disclosed before confirmation.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Occasionally, product information, availability, promotions, or prices may contain an error.
If a material error affects an order, we may:

Cancel and refund the affected order.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where a reasonable customer should have recognized the error.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
Payment information is accurate;
Sufficient funds are available; and
Payment does not violate any law or third-party right.
Payments may be processed by independent banks, gateways, mobile wallets, Shopify services, or other providers under their own terms.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for every order, product, customer, or destination.
We may require partial or full advance payment for:
Limited-edition products;
Personalized or made-to-order products;
High-value orders;
Bulk purchases;
Remote delivery locations;
Customers with repeated failed deliveries; or
Orders requiring special procurement.
The recipient should have the full payable amount available when the courier arrives.
Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery order is not an approved cancellation and may result in recovery of applicable shipping costs or prepaid-only requirements for future orders.
Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
A request is not effective until acknowledged by Omnigriffin.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after:
Payment processing has begun;
An order has entered production;
Personalization has started;
A shipping label has been generated; or
The parcel has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order is governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
Dispatch periods and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
Courier operations;
Location and service coverage;
Weather or natural disasters;
Road closures;
Strikes or public disturbance;
Government or security restrictions;
Peak shopping periods;
Incorrect customer information; or
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and remaining reasonably available for courier contact.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, store credits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
A product must not be returned without prior authorization.
Refunds are not automatically available for change of mind. Eligible standard products may qualify for exchange or store credit, while limited-edition and personalized products are generally final sale unless faulty, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Promotions may be subject to:
Start and end dates;
Stock availability;
Minimum purchase requirements;

May be used only through Omnigriffin;
Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be resold without permission;
Must be protected by the recipient;
May be subject to an expiry date communicated when issued; and
May be cancelled if obtained fraudulently.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use caused by a customer publicly sharing or failing to protect a gift-card code.
Customers should follow the care, weight, storage, cleaning, and usage guidance provided with the product or on the website.
Omnigriffin is not responsible for damage caused by:
Overloading;
Improper washing or cleaning;
Exposure to unsuitable chemicals, heat, moisture, or sharp objects;
Incorrect storage;
Abrasion or ordinary wear;
Modification or unauthorized repair; or
Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
Product information is provided for general consumer use and is not professional safety advice.
We aim to keep the website accessible and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may be interrupted because of:

No ownership right is transferred by accessing the website or purchasing a product.

This section does not exclude liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product and its standard delivery charge.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses resulting directly from:

Your infringement of another person’s rights; or

This provision will not make a customer responsible for loss caused by Omnigriffin’s own breach or misconduct.
Omnigriffin is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including:
Floods, earthquakes, storms, landslides, fires, or other natural disasters;
Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
Road closures or infrastructure damage;
Strikes, protests, civil disturbance, or security restrictions;
Government orders, curfews, or changes in law;
Fuel, power, internet, or telecommunications disruption;
Courier, transport, payment, hosting, or supplier failure;
Cyberattacks or widespread technical incidents; and
Similar circumstances preventing normal operations.
Affected obligations will be suspended for the period reasonably necessary. We may delay, modify, or cancel an affected order and provide an appropriate refund where fulfilment becomes impossible.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, an account, or a service where reasonably necessary because of:
A serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
Fraud or security risk;
Abuse of staff, couriers, systems, or policies;
Legal or regulatory requirements; or
Discontinuation of the relevant service.
Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and other matters intended to continue will survive termination.

These Terms and transactions with Omnigriffin are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab.
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter through direct written communication.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure by Omnigriffin to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.
Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under an order without our written agreement.
Omnigriffin may transfer its rights and obligations as part of incorporation, restructuring, financing, sale, merger, or transfer of the business, provided customer rights are not materially reduced.
These Terms, together with the policies and order information incorporated into them, form the agreement between the customer and Omnigriffin concerning use of the website and purchase of products.
They replace earlier communications concerning the same subject but do not override a written commitment expressly made by Omnigriffin for a particular order.
We may update these Terms when our products, services, platform, payment methods, policies, or legal obligations change.
